Sean Herman, a 33-year-old former Nashville Metropolitan Police Department (MNPD) officer, was arrested on June 14, 2024, on two counts of felony official misconduct for participating in an adult video posted on OnlyFans. The video, titled "Can't believe he didn't arrest me," was recorded on April 26, 2024, during Herman's duty hours.
Herman, who was on patrol duty at the time, was seen wearing his full MNPD uniform and had his squad car nearby. In the video, he identifies himself as "Officer Johnson" before being invited to reach for the woman's breasts. The video also shows Herman's shoulder with the MNPD logo.
The investigation into Herman's misconduct began after detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division discovered the video. Despite being fired on May 9, 2024, the investigation continued, leading to his indictment. Herman's bond was set at $3,000.
